HEXNIX Group is a Canadian multi-industry company headquartered in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We launch specialised divisions — one industry at a time — where the standard service has stopped serving the people who pay for it.
HEXNIX Group was registered in November 2025 with a single conviction: small businesses deserve to know what their accountant will cost them before the work begins. Not after. Not on a per-hour basis. Not with a "we'll see how the year goes."
HEXNIX Financial is our first division and the one most of our clients meet us through. We opened our doors in Thunder Bay weeks later and walked straight into our first tax season — every return filed on a flat-rate engagement, no hourly clock, no surprise invoices. We grew on referrals from the very first client, kept the team small on purpose, and only took on the work we knew we could deliver well.
Now we're applying the same discipline to other industries where Canadian SMBs get charged like they're a Fortune 500 — digital services, facilities management, automotive parts sourcing — and rebuilding them one division at a time. We launch when we can be excellent. Not before.
