All client documents are transmitted and stored using encrypted channels. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy legislation. Client records are retained for the minimum period required by the CRA and destroyed securely thereafter.
