Our Commitment
HEXNIX Group Inc. is committed to excellence in serving all clients including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and Ontario Regulation 191/11 (Integrated Accessibility Standards).
Communication
We communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. We welcome clients who use assistive devices, communication aids, or support persons. Meetings can be arranged in accessible formats upon request — including large-print documents or email-based engagement in lieu of in-person meetings.
Service Disruptions
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to accessible services or facilities, we will notify clients promptly via our website and phone line, including the reason for disruption and expected duration.
